Vapor Sky sells only high-quality works of art. Our strict quality standards ensure that we are printing only at the highest resolution, on the best quality canvas. We guarantee 100% that your Decor will exceed your expectations — every time! If you are not happy with your artwork we will fully refund your money, or exchange it at no additional charge (see our Return Policy).


NOTE: Colors may appear different on individual monitors, and may appear slightly different on canvas.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT

Customer Service is most important to us at Vapor Sky. We are dedicated to offering prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service. Our art offerings are a collaboration between you and us. Without you, we would not be able to create these unique pieces of artwork. At Vapor Sky, we believe that our customer service sets us apart. We are also very strict on protecting your privacy.


RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied! If you are unhappy about anything with your artwork or your experience, you may return it for a refund or exchange. We will gladly refund you for the full cost of the artwork, once the Decor has been returned to us. Exchanges for a new piece can only be made if there is a manufacturer's defect or if the Decor was damaged during shipping.

In the event that you do want to return or exchange your artwork, please note the following:

  • You may return or exchange your custom Decor up to five days from the date you receive your final art piece.*

  • You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to Vapor Sky (to the appropriate address listed below, depending on where you live), and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • The Decor must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Please email us at sales@vaporsky.com with a description of the reason for the return and state whether you want a refund or exchange. Please use the subject line "Return" in your email.

North American Residents return your artwork to:

Non-North American Residents return your artwork to:

If you decide to have your artwork exchanged, you will receive your new Decor piece within 30 days from the date we receive the returned artwork.

We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the returned Decor.

Any artwork that is returned to us we may use as we see fit. This may include, but is not limited to, being used in marketing efforts, used as a donation, or in any other manner we deem appropriate. Your personal information associated with that artwork will never be shared with anyone else.


*Refunds are not available after you receive the digital high resolution copy of your artwork (if applicable).
